    Happy bank holiday weekend to members in the UK. I will be gorging myself on sport, plus companionship and gardening /relaxing - all beneficial distractions :balloon:

      Not so warm and is overcast o0n the holiday itself. And the hot water was not working in the showers at the health club yesterday. 

      But it's not raining, and I have caught up a lot, and have some new reading matter. Plus it's been a good mix of sport, radio, music, companionship,gardening and exercise :original:
