  1. We have to make tough thinking and behavioural changes; but when we do, we will most likely start to get better!!

      We currently have plenty of forum members going through this process. They have made that - difficult - choice to listen to therapy, not to OCD, and I share the joy of those I follow, and seek to help, when breakthroughs occur :cheer:

      Yes totally agree Roy to move forward we need to make that important decision of changing our thinking and changing our  behaviour and then we can begin to work towards recovery :cheer:
