  1. Planning, scheduling and refusing are ways to cut down stress -  which tends to make OCD issues worse.

      So true Roy it does Unfortunately :yes: 

      I agree planning, scheduling, etc can make things less stressful. However this isn't always possible. I think we also need to learn how to cope better to such stressful and unfortunate issues that occur in our lives :yes:

      True, we can only control what is within our power. But yes, learning to accept, then better manage, what must be, will always aid reducing stress. 

      Resentment is another issue that threatens our mental equilibrium - it helps not one bit, so we need to work on acceptance without resentment.
