    Really busy last four weeks but had time to spend here today and seek to help others. That feels really good!

      That’s great news Roy :yes: there is a few sufferers really struggling at the moment and in need of help and support. 

      Its been a busy day for me, only just sat down and it’s nearly bedtime :(

      Yes it's been a long day "in the saddle" for me, and helping others here has been beneficial all round. 

      Sadly many are in a poor state and heavily enveloped in compulsive behaviour, which as we know actually makes things worse :(
