    BBC news have posted that it's officially the hottest April day since 1949!!!

      They also posted it was the hottest day of the year so far yesterday... which I thought was stupid considering a) today was forcast to be hotter,  b) Until two weeks ago we had snow and rain ever since, so the first sunny day was always going to be the hottest day of the year.  Must have been a slow news day yesterday when they said that.

      I am getting up soon to do a little of my lawnmowing marathon before breakfast, and while the temperature is tolerable. 

      Got some shopping to do at Sixfields complex later, but the car - and the shops - have air-conditioning :)
