    I suffered so much yesterday. I am sitting here and there is a breeze and it is more precious than diamonds. I can't tolerate temps over 16

      Sure you can. We are all facing the same problem. These temperatures won't last, but meanwhile drink lots of water open windows but shut curtains, use any fans you have.
