Well done its great that you havnt given in to your compulsions I find it helpful to get busy if I'm ruminating over things do anything to distract myself, clean, write something, listen to music etc.
Hi Daja! Well done for not giving in. All OCD needs to be treated in the same way.... we all know how hard it is not to try to ease the anxiety, but you're doing the right thing. I hope you're feeling good.
