I went shopping yesterday and I went into one of those little seaside shops with all those vintage plaque signs in, one of them really seemed to say something to me and yet I walked away without buying it. I think I need to go back and buy it.

'If your thoughts were a garden, would you rather grow flowers, or grow weeds?'

This caught my attention as I relate the flowers too positive thoughts and the weeds being obsessive and intrusive thoughts.

I think I will go back and purchase the plaque as it would be a nice reminder to keep trying to think positive and would be a little motivational.
