Yes it sure is a powerful tool, but it wasn't just therapy that got me through doing this, it was all the inspirational things that you guys write on here too. I'm using all the courage I have to hopefully one day be free of this dreadful torment.
Thanks biscuitcat, it's hard but I'm fighting it this time every step of the way and yes I will have blips, but then I will get up and fight even harder.
