Hey guys today why not take one positive step towards recovery whether it be the decision to seek help for the first time through your gp or taking that first step not to do a compulsion or simply by noticing something that gives you that little bit of pleasure and makes you smile, each one of these are positive steps that can help us on our road to recovery

I 've been down the health club for scrambled eggs on toast served by my waitress friends Aimey and Julie, a 25 minutes weights and bike exercise and a relaxing read of business and sport news over a chilled diet coke
REDS -Relaxation Exercise Diet and Sleep - are healthy ways to keep fit, calm and be able to engage our therapy to deal with our OCD. I slept like a log these last two nights, using soft music and a read of a lovely bland novel to calm me before lights out.
