    I’ve worked really hard on my homework again this week and I’ve managed to go out every day and also take my dog out too, I’m not feeling quite as anxious as I have been so that’s good :) but still got lots of work to do on the cognitive side of my thinking ?

      Thanks everyone, I’m really pleased with myself :) at times I wanted to pullout and not do it, but I didn’t and I did it regardless :yes: so it’s been a good positive week :yes:

      Hope you are all ok and it’s been a decent day for you all :)
