I have lingered on this site for many years but have signed up today.
I have previously tried CBT and exposure therapy with two therapists but didn't feel comfortable with both and didn't try as hard as I should have.
It want to give CBT and exposure therapy another shot for my contamination OCD but thought trying to use a therapist online.
So today I signed up to better help.com and have been matched with a therapist who has experience of CBT (doesn't state whether she has experience of exposure therapy). I have just sent off some questions and asked if she has previously had helped any one with OCD before.
Has anyone tried CBT/exposure therapy online and if so what were your experiences?
