A psychologist gave me this piece of writing about OCD a few years ago, I have recently found it again online (after losing the paper it was on!). Just posting on here incase it helps anyone else, I found it so helpful.

Thank you.  That is really good stuff!  It's so good that I copied all the content to a word document and bolded all the really good lines.

I'm hoping it can help others, I took ages to find it online after losing my paper copy! I'm glad you thought it worth copying jimangie, I like it because it sums everything up in a relatively small piece of writing, and it shows how to fight the OCD bully.
