I can use all the excuses going, but I wont. I was surfing for porn, searched pages starting 18.......hoping to find young, attractive women. In which I did. But I spotted someone who didn't look old enough. I clicked on to check, and I cant be sure. You can probably guess the rest. What do I do from here?

You forget about it. Dismiss it as irrelevant and go on with your day. Sitting there thinking about it will do absolutely no good.

Keep watching the porn if you enjoy it. Avoiding it is probably a bad idea.

Don't worry Seb.  And don't avoid using pornography, as that will just strengthen the hand of the OCD.  You have done nothing wrong - millions of people use porn every day online.  Nay, probably billions.

Thanks everyone. I know what I have to do now. My head is buzzing from work and lack of sleep. In my kind of work, I get people saying what I nice bloke I am....all I can think of is this, it is going slowly but like a magnet there is still a pull to think/overthink
