Rebekah2016 Posted January 17, 2017 Share Posted January 17, 2017 Just wondered if anyone had any tips or ideas of what they do when they are having a bad or low day. I try and do as many deep breaths as possible and either pop on some music, watch some asmr or watch some tv. What other ways are best to help with recovery, I know people say meditation but does that really work. I'd love to try it but my little one is super demanding at the moment so I find it quite hard to get a free minute when I am on my own x Link to comment
PolarBear Posted January 18, 2017 Share Posted January 18, 2017 Yes, meditation, relaxation exercises, mindfulness are all great things, if you have the time and ability to be peaceful and quiet for a while (15 minutes or so). It takes some practice but you can really learn to calm down. Link to comment
