I think this is turning into a compulsion so I don't know what to do . It's helpful to know I'm not alone in this illness ?. I'm sure I know what I need to do to get well but I think I'm seeking reassurance . Though, I can see how that could become reassurance seeking/a compulsion. I don't have a lot of advice, other than to maybe limit the time you spend researching? Link to comment
