Listening and learning

There are no experts here but as I have said before there are a lot of forum users who have been through hell with OCD - drugs, psychiatric hospitals, inappropriate treatment etc. - and especially older users before mobile phones, internet etc. You might be in a situation in which you are waiting for CBT but I believe there are things you can do in the meantime to "ease" your situation and reading and taking on-board from wiser people than me can help. I generally get few responses to these posts on this subject which is cool - lol maybe I'm boring and repetitive! Just my thoughts as always. Phil

The resources amongst the users are great.

But the laurels must go to Ashley and his co-founder. They had the vision to create the charity OCD-UK,  then these forums - without which none of this would be possible.
