PhilM
I think most people on this forum would think it is inappropriate to give you advice as most - if not all - are not medical experts but obviously many people far wiser than me have experienced being on medication. I don't mean to be unhelpful but this has got to be - in my view - a serious conversation between you and the community mental health team/GP. Best wishes, Phil. Link to comment
PolarBear
There is no such thing as an SSRI without side effects. You just can't know how they will affect you until you take them for a while. Link to comment
Razzio
Been taking them for six years just gone November. Last time I saw doctor was September My ocd was bit bad and I wanted to go on another anti depressant but my care coordinator and the doctor just kept on saying take high dose of sertrline to 150 mg. All they ever say is there no side affects. And say it takes three weeks for antidepressant to take affect. I also have not been assigned with care co-ordinator since my last one left in January so waiting for that. I am having cbt but don’t know how lone that will go on. I was Also diagnosed with high function autism last march. Edited March 25, 2017 by Razzio Link to comment
