Cpn noticed a difference in me today and i did as it goes my head wasnt down all the time we had more eye contact.But still early days by what he told me i need to be on it 12 weeks to see an improvement and its been 4 weeks so far.We are increasing the anti depressant to 30mg today and decreasing the venlafaxine to around 190mg.

That's amazing news David, a little improvement is a BIG achievement! Hopefully u just keep improving and keep going out and about to stop u from going backwards, only forwards! X
