OCD, Eating Disorder and possibly Aspergers - Help!

Hello, I'm new to this forum.  I was hoping to find other parents with similar issues to my daughter's.  She is 14, she has had an eating disorder for two and a half years, she has been diagnosed with OCD since December last year but she has had it for many more years and now we are being told she may have Aspergers.  She has been taking Sertraline for more than 6 months, which has helped a lot but my daughter still does not want to accept help and is not ready to get better.  In the last two years she has been sectioned twice and hasn't been to school.  Since February she has been agreeing to home tutoring.  We feel very stuck.  Has anyone had any similar experiences, is there any advice you can share?  I would be grateful for any suggestions.  Thank you.

For what it's worth, an autism specialist might be of some help. Asperger's is no longer a diagnosis, it's Autism Spectrum now.

I wish I could help, and feel like I should, since I'm Autistic, but I was dx'ed as a kid, and barely remember it, so I'm afraid I can't.
