orange
Is there a way to write a post without giving others with the same type of OCD new things to worry about? I thought there was something in the guidelines about not worrying about triggering others but I can't find it anymore. Thanks! Link to comment
PolarBear
Yes, don't worry. Go ahead and say what you want. Nearly anything could be a trigger so we don't want people or anything. It's up to each individual to learn to deal with triggers. Link to comment

Rucker
I find that what other people have an issue with concerning OCD doesn't trigger me. Quite the opposite it opens up a window and helps me to see how irrational it all is when it isn't an area that causes me problems. Though as we all know, it's all too real for the person involved. Cub
What Rucker said. It's kind of the right sort of reassurance that everybody is going through similar stuff. After all, at the end of the day, it's only OCD. Link to comment
changemynametosomething
im one of those people who get triggered by words and a lot of these posts, and i can tell you right now: go ahead and write anything. i learn to stear away from surtain things if im not in a good place, and actually it could be a good thing to trigger people- thats what we have to learn to live with in the end anyways. ??
