St Mike Posted September 26, 2017 Share Posted September 26, 2017 Well, OD, I guess one way to deal with this issue is to check with your impartial spectator and listen to his rational advice and tell OCD and anxiety to take a hike. Refocus your attention back to your regular activities and of course at the same time with an eye out for the timing of the next dose. Link to comment

It's the same with a drug like an anti-depressant - if you forget to take it one time, it's not the end of the world. You don't need to double the next dose or supplement or worry about it but I would suggest it is an OCD trait my friend. Edited September 26, 2017 by PhilM spelling mistake! Link to comment
