Haha I agree HDC sometimes it’s good to give another fellow sufferer advise because it reminds us to follow the same advice when it comes to us also keep going you can do this Link to comment

There's no point in feeling guilty. You sound like you are trying your best and that's enough in my book. Guilt is just wasted energy... guess im going to have to take my own advice now aren't I? ? lily17
Hi... how is it possible that you’re holding back from doing something you absolutely don’t wanna do and then something happens and you feel like you’ve done it? I was on the train with my mother and had this urge to do a movement to sexually please myself whilst thinking of her and I was like “no, please, no” and I was paralyzed trying not to move because I didn’t want that to happen. Then I looked at an old woman and she smiled at me, which felt nice in a weird way as if I was attracted to her wtf I was not at all... she looked like a lovely granny. Anyway and then I made this movement with my legs, like I spread one leg open (I was standing on the train) and apparently I was thinking of my mum (maybe obssesively) and liked it? I just don’t understand how you fear something and then you do it or feel like you’ve done it. The worst is that the situation is kinda blurry and I can’t remember much help me, I feel like I’ve done something wrong. Edited November 22, 2017 by lily17 Link to comment

PhilM
I'm sorry to say without being mean but Lily is continuing to seek reassurance - subtly? Link to comment
