I've said it before  - OCD can really be psychosis-like at times.

So for the last couple of days it’s been relatively ok. This might get a tiny bit graphic now, but yesterday I went to a football game and didn’t wash beforehand. It was ok for most of the day but as the day went on it got itchy, I kept rolling back the foreskin to check when I could, and this morning it’s red and patchy and itchy on the helmet.

this doesn’t really fit with the Herpes symptoms so I’m assuming I’ve just got balanitis which isn’t sti related.

i want to return to the gum clinic to get cream for it but I guess I shouldn’t, maybe just ride it out and not touch it?
