How long before I see someone on nhs

How long before I see some on nhs of had my phone call today but there said 4to6 week's

That sounds about right and not too bad going by other people's experiences.

I know it seems like quite a way-off, the time will fly though and I found the period leading up to therapy was a good opportunity to do some reading up about the disorder and what to expect from the CBT.

You've taken an important first step Wood, that's all that counts

That sounds quite good- I was waiting 18 months for an appointment after my referral!
