Went into town to find out what my options were when I came to upgrade my phone. Came home with a new phone and tablet. How did that happen?

You met a salesperson. Morale, really be ready to buy if you ask for a test-drive, or be full of resolve not to!

That is 7000 seeking or wishing to give help. Awesome and shows just how much need there is, especially when skilled therapy may be a long wait away or may even be unavailable or not affordable in a domicile.

Living with anxiety sometimes feels like a rollercoaster I can't get off - some days it's the caterpillar, other days the Big Dipper!

Rhetorical question I suppose - why do we have such a chilly wind in the south UK right now? I feel like an Eskimo when I go out!!

It's still really blustery out there today, I almost got blown over going to the post office. When will this wind drop then go away?Think I will have to watch the full weather bulletin rather than just read my apps.

Just watched the forecast on a video play from BBC weather website. High pressure rising from South West should calm things in south from Thursday

it's great news. it would be wonderful to make that journey, but I won't be doing it now! So Ashley and Paul and others along the way are doing it for me - and all the sufferers and carers family and friends and healthcare professionals etc needing and obtaining support from our charity.

    More money please everyone!

Thank you to everyone whose been in a position to help us thus far and tip us over our first £1000 fundraising milestone. It means a lot, and makes the pain of training worthwhile.

Still alive but even more adrift mentally. No improvements. Not even seen any therapist for month! Not heard from work either. It's a very misty outlook at this time.
