taureanI had two chances to see the tour de france in one day last year, but I was conducting a seminar so couldn't be either in Chelmsford or Epping that day. I don't think I could have faced 75 miles in the saddle then a meeting in the evening some days - you and Paul are brill.

Andrea:D I'm glad you like it Itsnotmeitsmyocd. It's great start to do positive things for ourselves... I've recently started to have tennis lessons. I completely recomnend it (to practice a sport you enjoy) it has been an excelent stress reliever :D
