I'm trying new tactics to counter the insomnia. Hopefully with getting up earlier, I will be more active & earlier in the day. I aim to get myself out to the gym. I need to get rid of this lethargy.

Just getting out of the bedroom and to the bathroom felt good today! Sure, I've done that many times but at the moment everything is hard so anything is good.

Errr, do the blogs people write on this site have to be positive? Am I allowed to simple write negatively and about my troubled thoughts and views?

Apparently I'm going to be referred into the system for longer term help. Woop! Sadly, got to wait at least a month before I see someone.
