today I have mostly been watching animal clips... a walrus doing a workout, a penguin being tickled, owls playing tennis and a baby bear trying to kill a man despite being knee height! :)

Thank you so much, both. I am sleeping, exercising, getting some fresh air each day, and trying to tackle my OCD in self-treatment at least once per day. It's not much, but it's trying to stop the rot, as I call it.
