My therapists's set homework for this week is to use behavioural experiments on my dysfunctional (non OCD) thoughts to challenge their validity. Also to use 3 tools to weaken thought loops, in conjunction with mindfulness mediation exercises.Busy boy!

    Its tough - happens to have been a dreadful week on intrusions but I have written it all onto the log provided by the therapist - she will certainly see what is going on.
