Not wanting to jinx anything but feeling in a pretty good place right now. Years of CBT have really changed thing around, for the most part anyway (still get bad days but further apart now). Keep going guys, it does get easier.

As you all know, I am a great one for reframing to the positive !!!
So, JOGLE has already made 26.666% of its target; looks better like that doesn't it - and the start of the actual journey is still a little way off.

In middle of extreme allergic response to buddleia pollen. Nose and eyes streaming and wheezing - just taken antihistamine - fingers crossed!

The antihistamine pill did the trick and helped me regain control. We have buddleia in our front garden, and in two neighbiours' gardens abutting our back garden. Ugh. nIce plant, but the pollen this year has been affecting both of us

My 2 and a half year old nephew blamed me for stealing his dinner. He needs to learn that if he's going to blame people for things, he needs pick someone who is at least in the same town.

I'm quite disappointed at how little the JOGLE fund has raised so far. So much effort from the participants & not even a 1\3rd of target achieved :(

I made a good donation a while back - I am hoping that there will be some giving momentum here, after the compulsive reading mag goes out, and when the team get on the road and do their outreach. Awesome team.
