hey sorry just getting back to you, thanks for your big reply.
i'm re-considering support group as i think it's a really good thing to go to.
being on this forum and the internet seems to be my bloody life at the moment...definately need to be making changes there!!!

experiences and how they have dealt with it. I think its good as it makes you feel like you are not alone and its sut a way of getting some support. I see you know elvis1 and he is the one who runs it so pop down sometime. How was bonfire night? You go out anywhere?

Hi sorry for the delay in replying. Yes my course is going fine. I have 3 of my best and eldest mates on the course so I do have a good laguh joke and a bit of banter with them which is good. It cant all be work work work lol. How is your course going?
At our support group we just basically talk about each others lives and how ocd affects us and we listen to others about their experi...
