Since 2004, OCD-UK has helped children and adults affected by OCD, their families, and the mental health professionals who treat them. This forum is one such example of how we provide a safe environment for people with OCD to come together to help and support each other. This forum costs hundreds of pounds a year in software licenses, website hosting and maintenance hours. ZeeThanks you guys, i still have ocd thoughts but i dont react the way i used to and my anxiety is nothing like before. Hope for us all x
