Guest Time to Change
So to anyone reading this, I'd like to encourage you to not let people tell you what to do. Recently I was asked not to use this forum after I was encourage to by someone and then told not and quite frankly I think that's horrible. You are free to do what you like. The internet is public place and anyone has the right to seek help on here. Don't let people tell you what not to say or what not to do. Live your life for you and don't be scared to go on a site that's for anyone suffering. Sorry for the rant post but it needed to be said. I'm happy it's off my chest now So anyways I've found another forum and a site called Skinpick.com which I hope will help me! To end on a positive note, I saw this quote today and thought it's so true considering all OCD is associated with anxiety (and especially skin picking with stress) and with just life in general: "Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward"-C.S. Lewis It's inspiring. Be your own person and live your life for you. NEVER lose who you are trying to help someone else. I plan to keep moving forward from now on. If anyone reads this, Good luck with life guys Have a good one! X Link to comment
