OCD and Propecia/Finasteride

Hi all,

I was wondering if there are any published studies that show a correlation between taking Finasteride/Propecia for hair loss and increase in OCD. While browsing the web today I came across this:

I am 21 years old and have recently (about a month ago) been put on a dose of finasteride for my hairloss. Do you think it could be exacerbating my ocd? For anyone taking propecia: Have you experienced an increase in OCD tendencies which you can attribute to the medicine?

No idea on the drug question, but if you find it is making your OCD worse why don't you stop taking it? Is the hairloss issue so great you would rather deal with that over the OCD?
