stuck thought, image, idea

Hello.

My name is John.

I suffer from ... I really don't know what I suffer from.

I have something like stuck thought, intrusive sexual image everytime when I am not distracted. It's almost always in my mind.

I wake up with this image/thought and I go to sleep with it in my head.

The complication is that I had some sexual act that I would like to forget, but I could not, it started to be permament thought, an obsession.

I had been taking antipsychotic for it, which worked quite well.

I don't know if it's ocd or it is psychosis.

I can tell that I had somekind of brain "malfunction", probably Lyme disease meningitis. I have temporal lobe seizures, which are quite frequent and invisible to other people.

Is there anybody with similar problem?

Hello my dear

I too have had difficulties with sexual thoughts and images. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone; it's because we're so worried about it that it comes, I think, that it won't go away, if that makes sense?
