NicoletteCB Posted September 22, 2014 Share Posted September 22, 2014 I'm just wondering how some of you deal with the intrusive thoughts? Are they are any techniques you guys use? I've been having some difficulty latly, I think it's because I'm stressed due to school. Link to comment
PolarBear Posted September 22, 2014 Share Posted September 22, 2014 Intrusive thoughts are obsessions. There is no known way to directly deal with them. What you can do is take care of yourself and work on not performing compulsions. Over time the obsessions can appear less frequent and when they do they are weaker, easier to shake off.
