These were not bad at first but have since got worse.I have come to the stage now where i worry about them most of the time. When i have these thoughts i become tense and nervous this makes me feel like i am going to do them and after the thought i then start to worry about them and ask my self the "what If".Even some times to make sure i would do them re go over what i did to make sure. I wondering if anyone have any tips or are going through the same thing Thanks everyone Link to comment

Having thoughts that feel so very real and make me feel like I want to do them and then after, I panic that I have. Especially when changing my daughter, even just looking at her bits when putting her fresh nappy on makes me feel like I was gonna do something. :-( it's horrible. Link to comment

I saw a post and someone said that fact we are worrying about them shows we are not going to do them and i doubt you and i are bad people !
