Spiral out of control

Ive suffered with OCD for years n am only to aware that my life can go up n down but my Dads

Dying n am worried that once again I will spiral

out of control n I've even got regrets already n

My Dad is not gone yet' if that makes any

sense at all ' Y do I do this to myself ??? x

Hi Princess Panic,

I'm so sorry for your situation.

To answer your question of "Y do I do this to myself", I think the answer is, you don't.

I don't know what 'theme' you are dealing with regarding OCD, but I do know it has a habit of seeping in to most aspects of life.

As for your Dad, all as I can say is, make what time you have left count, don't leave anything you want to say unsaid.
