Guest AnnieX
I've just watched Horizon in the UK. Oh my ,.. I feel ill ...... The first time I realised I had OCD was when I watch a programme about a lady who couldn't leave her house because of " checking " . Now I watch another programme about ocd and think " oh my that's what I'm like " but in normal life I don't think about those things specifically as ocd more just " me" . To recover completely you need to address all aspects . So how the hell do you do that when a lot of OCD traits are what you persieve as normal. Also I get why some aspects of OCD are not broadcast . Who helps with those ? Link to comment

Guest Tricia
PB, This was an excellent documentary (in 4 parts on Youtube). It's unavailable for us Brits, but you should be able to watch it, ironically! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gh5_iyfNOSo&index=2&list=PLcNOuHW2QkXXf26oXMlnfUWXbXR-U798Q Link to comment
Sodovka
Cheers, Tricia! We should start a thread with the best videos and books, etc about OCD. Maybe I'll do that later. Link to comment

pottypotter
I cried for the last three quarters of the horizon doc. Felt as if the people were describing exactly how I felt. Brilliant programme, but I wish I'd have watched it when I was less tired. OCD kicked right off afterwards. Link to comment
