Guest crazyymindddd Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 im quite calm right now and set my self a goal of not ruminating for the next 2 hours... as i realised iv never realy gone a full hour without doing it over the last 3 weeks.... is it normal when trying not do engage with your thoughts and giving them meaning for your ocd nd head to almost convince you that your agreeing with your thoughts so you have to therefore give them meaning and say no i dont agree etec etc.. cos im trying my best here not to engage.... but it keeps makin me feel like iv accepted somethin or admitted something. i feel worse because im calm right now aswel Link to comment
