Guest lauren415
Hi everyone. So to make a long story short, last week I thought I had a UTI but the urine culture came back negative, so the doctor said my symptoms sounded like bladder spasms. He says it sounds temporary, especially since I'm not getting up at night to go. So he gave me some vesicare (for overactive bladder) and instead of going once every half hour to an hour now I am going about once every two hours. Sometimes I still feel like I have to urinate even if I just went. My question is could this feeling of having to go just be in my head? Or am I just truly having urinary problems? Or maybe it's a mix of both? I've been on the vesicare for 4 days and it says it starts to work within 7...so it could be my body is still getting used to it. Anxiety probably isn't making it better but I can't stop thinking about it, and I'm still waiting for my Prozac to kick in too (been on it for 5 days now) so that doesn't help either. Link to comment

PolarBear
I think you are over thinking this. You're analyzing your situation, down to how often you go to the bathroom. Try to put it out of your mind and refocus onto something else. Link to comment
