odd thoughts

Has anyone who has taken sertraline had odd thoughts whilst taking it? As I was coming off citalopram I had some strange thoughts that a picture was talking to me! This only lasted briefly as I said to myself that that was ridiculous. Anyway I had taken 4 days worth of sertraline 50th then the thought came back to me and lasted for about 5 days were I thought objects were talking to me. I spoke to my mental health nurse and she said it a as probably the change of meds and my ocd.these thoughts disappeared and my usual pocd kicked in again. I've just upped my sertraline to 100mgs and the strange thoughts have come back! Now I'm saying objects are telling me to do things including harm but I know they are not and it's freaking me out! Anyone had any strangeness on sertraline?

Im not on meds but I do have some very odd thoughts!! I have a fear of going crazy and I tend to think like I imagine a crazy person would think.

Yeah that's how I feel, if I think it, I think it's true or going to happen! I have lots of ocd thoughts!
