Guest Lyn77
Morning Just wanted to let everyone know that ive been feeling quite good lately. One of the thigs which has helped so much is my new found interest in science the universe evolution and humanism. I feel I have finally connected with something and can spend hours reading and learning about the subject. It started by me watching human universe on bbc 2 a few weeks ago! Ive never said WOW so much in my life! Hugs to everyone and hope you have a good day xx Link to comment
imhotep79
Yes! I'm doing the same thing...I've always had a huge interest in astronomy and human evolution so I began to distract myself by concentrating on these interests! It actually helped me so much with Ocd, it's like watching all of the infinite things that happen around us helps to put my stupid thoughts in perspective! If I may, I suggest you to watch Cosmos, it's a well done documentary about space, Earth and humanity...Just wonderful! Link to comment
felix4
Hi Lynn, It is a great series isn't it. I am more into the astronomical side of things tbh, but I love watching absolutely anything with Professor Brian Cox in. He seems so excited & passionate all the time with these subjects, & translates so much of the previously complex stuff into layman's terms. It is good to hear you are doing so much better. x Link to comment
Guest lizinlondon
This helps me too. My worries seem so insignificant in relation to the universe. Link to comment
