Guest Lisa_2014
If you have experience with OCD I feel I am consistently flawless at reprimanding myself for thoughts; But what about the countless times in the day that our successes over OCD go invisible and unrecognised well that is not true, if you are aware, you are observant and if you are observant you are making the choice to actually be suspicious of ocd instead of allowing it to harm your head. I think ocd runs on its own gps 'guilt' 'punishment' and 'shame' when no human should be a slave to something so cheating, if only like technology it can be switched off.
