PolarBear Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 In most cases, just taking medications does not allow you to entirely overcome your disorder. You need CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with an emphasis on ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). You can get that through a qualified therapist or you can go the route that some have taken and learn about it on your own and do it on your own. Link to comment
Guest dom92 Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 yeah im waiting to get cbt done but i wake up with anxiety and then the thoughts come and last all day like the anxiety just really want to feel better soon. im trying my best amd when i get the toughts and i think what ig i give into them then the anxiety gets worse.
