Going crazy with jealousy over other girls

I suffer with BDD and am in counselling for it but I feel sick with jealousy when I see girls who are confident and with perfect bodies even though they are just normal people and not celebs or models... Tonight I discovered my boyfriend is working with a girl whose figure is so unbelievable I feel like I can't cope, I'm trying so hard to work through all of this but I feel like my life has so little value with the amount of pain I'm in, does anyone feel the same or has felt the same and gotten better?
