What was that?

If you've followed my posts you know that the most recent event I'm struggling with has to do with me getting drunk and blacking out on my birthday for the last 30-45 minutes of the night before my friends took me home. I woke up with terrible anxiety and assumed I had done something terrible. I then came to the conclusion I had cheated on my fiance even though Ive now asked 25 people and they all said I didn't. I was just eating dinner with my fiance when an image popped into my head where I'm standing there at the bar outside on the side of it in the dark. I'm hold my hands on someone's waist and using it to stable myself because I can't stand up **DISCRETION ADVISED** and my pants are down and I'm screwing this girl but I'm just standing there while she does the movement. It's like a brief 2 second clip that just popped into my head and as soon as it did I gasped and convulsed because it disturbed me. Was it a memory?? Or is this normal?

I'm trying :(

I asked my friend who drove me home about that night because I had a thought in my head that I had trouble unlocking my door because my eyes were full of tears but I held my head at an angle so they couldn't see and he said that he did have to unlock the door for me because I couldn't do it. This just makes me feel more like I did something bad because it fits the scenario. I hate this!!!

So. You thought you cheated on your girlfriend and you checked with 25 friends and they all said you didn't. That didn't solve anything because your OCD then told you that you had sex in the parking lot. So you checked with another friend about unlocking your door. That didn't solve anything and you're right back at square one again.

How's the checking going for you?
