Hi everyone,

I'm a long-time sufferer of POCD... I didn't know it was a thing until I read a book about OCD (the excellent 'The Man Who Couldn't Stop' by David Adam) last year and found that it pretty much described my way of thinking. I always associated OCD with compulsive actions, but never repetitive thoughts.

My whirlpool of obsessive thinking has given me years of suffering and pain, but finally finding out that I'm not alone in all this has lifted off some of the weight. Now I'm finding myself tentatively setting out on a road to recovery... I know it's going to be difficult, but I'm determined to slay this dragon once and for all.

I'm looking forward to hearing all of your stories and finding out more about OCD.
