Hi I'm new

I'm 18 and my family has had a large amount of problems in the past 2 years which resulted in me moving several states away. I found this forum because I just recently discovered my OCD and as a result of the Family problems its been more troubling. I feel like this forum may help how I feel about my problems. Not trying to bring anyone down ?

Don't worry about bringing people down, as long as your polite & friendly people will be glad to hear what you have to say & want to help (I don't think there's much OCD related that'll surprise people here anyway!)

Hi Kenny, welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear about your family problems, both because those are never good and because such situations can exacerbate our OCD. I hope you find the forums helpful and supportive!

Unrelated, Chicago is a great city, I hope you enjoy living there and are able to take advantage of many of e great this there like sports, music, museums, etc.
