OCDCanuck
I've been working on accepting theory B in the whole theory A/B thing written about in Break Free from OCD. Theory B fits perfectly since there has never been any time where I have caused physical harm to anyone. But now all I can think about are the things I've done in the past that I would consider less than moral. Minor things, I assure you (cheated on a test in high school, had some plagiarism in an essay I once wrote, etc). Grr.... Link to comment
Guest LauraMac
I often focus on past mistakes too, but it's not worth it. I always do my best to tell myself 'you can't change the past, so there's no point in worrying about it'. The past is in the past, the thing is to focus on the future. Laura x Link to comment
