This is new and also scarey for me..i have suffered from depression and anxiety for a long time, but the OCD has gradually come along , to the extent that its out of control..my main thing is having an internal planner going on in my head. everything is about timings and routines..I have been having theropy and the theropist is now trying to alter the times and things i do..to me this is like going through hell and im only on the beginning..this is going to take a long time to fix....its nice to share this with people..

Hey Paul,

Sounds very demanding and exhausting. It's good you're trying get help with it. I hope you can get some good advice on here too.

All the best,

David.

Well I do know the feeling. It gets extremely tiresome and debilitating when your own mind is working against you all the time. My heart sinks when my OCD mind finds something to latch onto out of whatever I'm thinking about. One minute I'm quite relaxed and having a nice walk or whatever and the next all hell breaks loose. You can take a joke so far.

I really hope the therapy works out well for you Paul.

Cheers

David.
