    The actor Sanjeev Bhaskar, (he's the guy from Goodness Gracious Me and The Kumars!) joined in and took a shelfie for OCD! Great to see a celeb getting involved and taking the time to show support to OCD sufferers and raising great awareness at the same time. x

    Started my therapy yesterday. Think it went well. Second session on Friday. Apart from starting the CBT side, my therapist wants to start to get to the origins of my OCD. She has a theory that it may be related to the death of my mother when I was relatively young as this coincides with its first occurrences. I've never considered this before, and I know that this could be very emotional for me, but am prepared to go down this route if it is going to help me beat the OCD

    Help!! I am currently lowering my medication, as I would like to try for another child once I have come off my medication. I am currently taking Venlafaxine. I was on 375mg and I have managed to only lower it by 75mg so far. As I am really struggling with my OCD symptoms, since lowering my meds the thoughts have got so loud in my head I can't stop prodding myself in certain areas of my body and then I get extremely freaked out when it starts to become sore as I think I have spilt...
