Guest quicksand

My ocd is rather bad right now, I feel trapped, I feel like I'm going to die. But I can't have any therapy either because I know I conjured all of these in my mind.
I am not going to further details what it is because it made my OCD feel worse.
I just wish to have someone here to help me with this situation and not grieve on my own.

I feel like social media ruined my happiness and I feel lonelier than before. :/

Welcome to the forum, quicksand.

Have a look around the main forum and jump right in.

CBT therapy is the recommended solution for OCD. Many thousands of people go through it and many of them find a better quality of life because of it.
