Guest quicksand Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 My ocd is rather bad right now, I feel trapped, I feel like I'm going to die. But I can't have any therapy either because I know I conjured all of these in my mind.I am not going to further details what it is because it made my OCD feel worse.I just wish to have someone here to help me with this situation and not grieve on my own. I feel like social media ruined my happiness and I feel lonelier than before. :/ Link to comment

CBT therapy is the recommended solution for OCD. Many thousands of people go through it and many of them find a better quality of life because of it. Link to comment
